Irwin's Safety and Industrial Labour Services Ltd (or Irwin Safety) is a leading provider of safety consulting,x000D
safety training, and safety operations management. Over the last 4 years, Irwin Safety has compiled data onx000D
project safety and efficiency over a wide scope of projects. Moving forward, Irwin Safety seeks research intox000D
how this data can best be analyzed, visualized, and optimized to improve the safety and efficiency of futurex000D
projects. Before the data can be analyzed, data scripting will be applied to transform the data into a suitablex000D
format. Once feasible, data analyses will include a variety of both standard techniques and the development ofx000D
custom methods appropriate for the recorded data. In order to communicate statistical findings to non-researchx000D
orientated consumers, data visualization techniques will be developed and implemented. Finally, an optimalx000D
resource allocation model will be developed to provide rapid solutions so that future projects can be optimizedx000D
in a timely manner.
