But du programme :
The availability of pure lignin - an abundant, and renewable by-product - with excellent thermal and flamex000D
retardant properties make the production of new sustainable thermoplastic composites, which could replacex000D
petroleum based plastics, very attractive. The difficulties related to the disaggregation and dispersion at thex000D
nano-level of the lignin make quite challenging the manufacture of good quality products. These challengesx000D
will be addressed using a state of the art lab-scale twin extruder and novel solvent exchange methods.
