But du programme :

Georgian College is partnering with AgSeed Technologies (Canada) Inc. (AST) to adapt their novel material for optimal use in molding. The material is comprised of a polyol (the reactive oil in the resin) and filler, with the filler being a stone-based or a biomass material. While the material has been used in proof of concept molding studies using a rudimentary mold, the material's response to added molding functionalities such as heating, venting, and mold surface coating, have not been studies. This project will investigate the material's reactions to the different molding functionalities by measuring key parameters. This is critical for commercialization of the material and for AST's future use of the product for molded parts.x000D
