But du programme :

We propose to develop a software solution for the company Quirklogic which produces a large tablet. The goalx000D
is to enable handwriting recognition on a large format device to minimize or eliminate the dependency ofx000D
keyboard entries as an input method and substitute it with random handwritten text entries.x000D
First, we shall identify QL's handwriting recognition needs, e.g. the recognition of numerals and symbols atx000D
different locations of the tablet provided by the company. Second, we shall find out available technologies thatx000D
could be useful for this purpose. In this process, we shall conduct research on the extraction of features for thex000D
recognition of characters entered at different locations on the tablet. At the same time, we shall also contactx000D
selected technology vendors and verify compatibility and implementation requirements through experiments.x000D
Based on the results, we shall recommend the use of our results (recognition software), or the use ofx000D
commercial software, or a combination of both our results plus the use of commercial software for handwritingx000D
entry of data.
